Our Story
Named after Shambhala, the legendary lost Tibetan kingdom of tranquility and peace, Shambala Silang is an urban escape nestled in the hills of Silang Cavite. The two-hectare property is home to Tawid Gallery, Mana Kitchen, Lunas Farmacy, Punla Plant Center, authentic indigenous huts from the Cordilleras, various stoneworks and art installations, and tropical gardens containing over a thousand healing and ornamental plant varieties.
For over a decade, Shambala Silang was hidden from public view; experienced and enjoyed only by family and select groups of friends. Its transformation from a coffee and pineapple farm to a garden sanctuary began in 2008 when, coming to terms with her father’s passing, Riza devoted her efforts and energies to developing the place. It initially served as a place for healing and eventually became her playground, a passion project that combined the old with the new, a witness to what was possible with hard work, dedication and imagination, and a haven for artists and artisans seeking inspiration.
More recently, Shambala Silang opened its doors to those looking for an escape from their hectic city life. Whether it’s a day trip or a few nights’ stay, Shambala Silang beckons you to take a break, connect with nature, reenergize, and be inspired.

I love Shambala because of the green scenery, the fresh air and good food! They also have friendly staff. But what I love the most is they allowed senior citizen and kids!

If there’s one thing that you cannot deny, the feel of a place can get you high. It isn’t just the food that matters, but also how the ambiance makes your heart flutter. Thanks to Herbert, excellent service! ❤️ @ginaferino @kennethferino
